Our Billing Process
Practi-Claims – Medical Billing & Admin Management submits electronically to medical aid schemes and ensures that payments are properly allocated and recorded and include the following:
01. Real-time connectivity with Medical Aids
Claims are submitted electronically to medical aid schemes to ensure quick payments.
02. Alternative Payment Methods
The practice can be set up with alternative payment methods, making it easy for patients to make payments
03. Record keeping
Record keeping and archiving electronically to ensure an audit trail for each transaction.
Our Cost Structure
Practi-Claims – Medical Billing & Admin Management charges 4.5% on all claims billed, which includes all fees.
If your turnover is less than R30 000 for the month, a fixed amount of R1 500 will be charged.
An initial, once-off, set-up fee of R1 000 applies.
